DEFINITION
Restorative massage is an outcome-based approach, blending advanced techniques with holistic assessment and application. Walking a middle road between generic relaxation massage and mechanically-focused medical massage, the restorative approach seeks to restore maximum physical mobility while recognizing the emotional, mental, and spiritual factors which contribute to physical pain and limitation.
Each client is assessed and addressed as an individual; every therapeutic plan blends advanced technical skills with intuition and compassion for the client’s improvement process. The ultimate goal is the restoration of harmony between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, in the belief that multi-faceted harmony is the most meaningful and most desirable state possible.

LOCATIONS SERVED
My practice brings therapeutic massage to your home, office or barn in Anne Arundel County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, and the greater Washington, DC/Baltimore area. Travel fees are charged on a mileage basis; slightly longer notice is generally required to schedule bookings to more distant locations, including northern Virginia, Maryland’s Eastern Shore & Delaware.
